1. Shipping Timelines & Delivery Estimates

We know you want your "thingies" fast. That is why we have partnered with premium carriers to ensure rapid delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 Business Days.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) will generally be processed the same day.

Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery windows, shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

2. Shipping Carriers

To ensure the reliability and speed of your delivery, Tokthingies exclusively uses the following trusted carriers for all shipments:

You will be able to see which carrier is selected for your specific order at checkout or in your tracking confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time by visiting the Track Your Order link located in the footer of our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping

Passive ventures B.V. is based in the Netherlands. We ship internationally from the EU and US to most countries. Please note the following for international orders:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

tokthingies is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Tokthingies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tokthingies will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Tokthingies will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
